Hi Chris,
Wanted to inform you after 2 months of driving the Electric Club Car that you created......"WE JUST LOVE IT! That is why we made a Christmas Card with the cart in plan view for our family & friends to see.
It runs like a Stallion & all the features you installed for us are fabulous such as; cigarette lighter enables us to plug in our I-pod/phone charger, the unique key feature protects from theft, never saw a custom upholstery job on any other cart like the one we have (great job), the 10" wheels, the painting of the roof the same color as the body makes the cart stand apart from others and then there is the SPEED.... it moves!
Hopefully, sometime next year we will be special ordering another cart from Hidden Creek Golf Carts!
Thank you again for our Special Cart!
Sincerely,
Joyce & Bill Prendergast
The Villages, Fl
P.S. Please send stickers for our cart so we can advertise your carts!

Sales for 2011
October and November for 2011 have been incredible sales months. Exceeded all sales goals for the last quarter of the yr and have raise guidance’s for 2012 sales performa and projections.
Key issues:
• Work with accounts that I develop. Meet their needs with service and price. Follow up with client after every sale. Keep client interested with product line and most of all support.
• Once a new contact has been developed stay in constant contact with pricing and current inventory levels.
• Keep the new account interested and show them what you have done in the past. Let them have references from past clients. (Very Important)
• Establish that trust with new clients. Once that trust has been built up then a deposit will follow for an order.
These are just a few approaches I take to build my overall sales goals. Always keep an open mind and have the attitude that it’s ONE CUSTOMER AT A TIME.

The month of October 2011 is shaping up to be another great month in sales. Who says there is a recession? I have developed 2 main contacts in Malaysia who have place orders for over 70 golf carts.
Sales in my home state are picking up as well and productions in at full pace now to stay ahead of demand.
If sales continue to grow like this I will have to take on another sales representative for the company.
All the hard work I have done over the past four years developing accounts is paying off. This is a perfect example of hard work always pays off in the end.

Wow - what a yr in sales.
Recently, I have established a great contact at a local university in North Florida. After making my presentation to the administration department I received an order for 5 carts with another further order before Christmas.
The Christmas order just came in and it’s for 14 carts – wow what a year.
The security department stepped up and purchased a fully loaded security cart with the premium package and a second security cart order promised for later in the yr.
After all carts delivered to university VP of campus operations placed an order for 7 more carts just like the ones for the administration department.
All this hard work pays off. You just need to stay focused. What a great month I am having.
Total sales for this month reaching $95,000 and this is my slow time of year.

Over seas Resort
Over the last 2 weeks I have cultivated a buyer from Asia that is part of a 5 star resort. This company is taking 4 showroom models electric carts as a test order. If they like my product they wish to purchase 100 carts for the entire resort complex. Golf course, maintenances and maid services.
This week I am processing their first order and handing all shipping issues with the freight company to make sure all goes smoothly. Big week.

Big time sales
Wow what an amazing month I have been having!!!!!!!!! Sold 8 carts to a new contact in the Czech Republic. They soon want to open a small dealership of good used carts after this opening order.
A local university purchase 5 carts and one security cart for night time patrols. My crew builds these carts out with all high end equipment from the frame up. They came out perfect.
Sold 3 carts to a small golf course in Destin Florida for three members looking to own their golf carts instead of renting one every day.
All I can say is my sales for the month of July have been great and I owe it all too constant hard work and always meeting deadlines and writing proposal. Eventually, your proposals start coming back to you in sales.
Can’t wait for next month………….
