Island Resort

Established a strong sales connection from a small resort operator needing 10 Club Car gas carts for vacationers wanting to explore the island. These gas carts will be designed heavy duty to handle all kinds of issues a small operator may encounter with golf cart rentals. All carts will be designed and built and delivered to Miami for shipping. I will handle all aspects of this transaction from manufacturing, billing and shipping top quality golf carts to the island resort.

Fist week of November has started off strong. Many carts are selling and demand seems to be increasing due to all the snow birds coming down to Florida for the winter season.
Sold roughly 6 carts this week and have many potential sales in the works.
Closing the sale or closing the customer is key in sales. You have to build a trust factor in sales before you ask for a deposit. Once that deposit has been made the sale is done. It’s a great feeling when a sale is done. Its like a small rush!!!!!!!!

All of these carts will be completely refurbished and refitted with all new batteries, computers, tires and enclosures. All carts will be set up for golf play for example: sand bottle, coolers and rakes will be on all carts.
Terms of disbursement: 60% down payment and 40% to be paid once all carts are loaded and ready for shipping. All shipping charges will be paid by the buyer.
